Hi, I’m Stuart!

I qualified as a driving instructor in 2017 and after many years teaching manual, I now specialise in automatic driving lessons in Aberdeen. I began my career as a franchise instructor before founding Aberdrive School of Motoring in 2021. I specialise in supporting nervous learners, complete beginners and those who lack confidence, helping them develop the skills they need to feel calm, in control and safe on the road. My approach is patient, structured and fully tailored to each individual so you can learn at your own

Why I Became a Driving Instructor

My passion for road safety began at 18 when, as a back-seat passenger, I was involved in a very serious road accident,

Motorway Driving

Covering parallel and bay parking techniques to improve skills and confidence when parking.

Parking Refresher

1 to 1 theory study sessions to help you pass your theory test sooner and get you on the roads.

Theory Study

42 hours of tuition provided over 6 weeks. Perfect if you need to pass quickly but can’t commit to lessons every day.

Semi-Intensive*

The same 42 hours as a semi intensive course but done over 6 days instead of 6 weeks if passing your test ASAP is needed.

Intensive*

*Semi-Intensive and Intensive bookings can only be made if you have already passed your theory test and have a test date booked. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to be paid at the time of booking with the balance payable 4 weeks from the first lesson date.
